Yesterday I read a post about ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด – stating to yourself what you intend to achieve through actions.

Now, I’m not one of those people who uses vision boards or believes that you can manifest success by visualising it – more power to those who do, it’s just not my way! But I definitely buy into the concept of being more committed to something that you’ve put in writing or said to yourself that you’re going to do!
So this week I’m starting as I mean to go on, by setting out my intentions for the week. I have been working hard on doing things that improve my mental health over the last few weeks, and this week I want to do more of what makes me happy and brings me joy!
So here are my intentions:

Finishing work on time and bedtime are the two most critical ones – as being busy and exhausted means I lack motivation and energy for the things that mean so much to me, like my horses!
